Char thanx for your comment. You are absolutely right! And isn't that the essence of the Law of Attraction? We attract matching vibrations. You mentioned, 'positive effects ripple out...'. Sometimes we think that we are too small or our ripples aren't big enough to make a difference. It reminded me of a bit by one of the many Swamis I have been reading to the effect that, "A teaspoon of sugar dropped in the ocean will not sweeten the ocean. It will however sweeten a little bit of water at the spot it is dropped in. Every small action has an effect. Start where we are. It will grow." That also links for me to your mantra, 'Training from within...', start with ourselves, start where we are at, and we have to do our own work, no one can do it for us.

Cheers, DJ

Sometimes it is the gift of 'self' that truly is the biggest gift of all.
Because as we look after 'self', the positive effects ripple out into the world to remove those things that we have outgrown, and bring in the new things to help us grow more.

Make an intention...to love your self...and watch the wonderful things that Manifest!
